  1. One set of stands will be on stage. However, innovative use of stage is acceptable.
  2. Conductor for Choral Speaking is optional.
  3. Conductors must not speak with their choirs.
  4. Copies of set poems are available at Rothnie’s Pharmacy, Edith St, Innisfail.
  5. NB – Set work to be performed as written with no alteration e.g. no extra words or sounds added.

CHARACTERISATION SECTIONS

Synopsis – Competitors to provide a brief synopsis for characterisation sections to be read by the Chairman as part of the introduction to their item. The synopsis, of not more than 30 words, must be typed or printed in double line spacing, and headed clearly with the competitor’s name and section, play, act, scene and character. It must be submitted prior to the performance.
